Ken Lonnquist sang this song on the radio less than an hour after he wrote it, the morning of February 18th, 2011. I took an on-air recording and made a slide show of the recent protests. None of this material is mine. But I thought it was too good not to share. Thank you Ken!

Why all of a sudden are public workers ememies of the public when they serve the people of their state. No state should be open for business like China or Mexico. Workers need to be protected and have a voice whether they are public or private. everyone should be concerned when worker rights are being attacked b/c 99% of us are workers.

Public sector employees provide services to the Public. Rich people do not need Public services (like schools, police, fire safety, parks, clean streets....) - they can afford to pay for it many times over, which is why they do not want to pay taxes to support public services. The rich and corporate interests are behind Walker's agenda. Take away from the middle class (public and private) and funnel it up to the richest. Middle class people who are pro-Walker just help them do this faster.

1) 88% of America's workforce occupies the private sector. They pay their own pensions. They feel no remorse for your reality awakening 2) the dems say "oh my gosh there's hard decisions up ahead; i know what we can do let's flee like pansies and call ourselves heros." how about typical democrats. no republican fled when the Obamacare bill was passed 3) your protestors caused 7.5 million dollars in damage to the state. very noble of all you!
