Free the Dog: Freedom Now (2nd Version) Video

We got a lot of requests for the name of the song we used in this, and the artist..so we did this second version..it's Tracy Chapman, "Freedom Now." We thought it was only fair to give Tracy credit for this great song, plus the lyrics blurb we show as the first scene, we really liked, better than the original..
Thanks so much for all the support on this...we just hope as we spread the video around, it keeps this issue, and the Chapmans, in Americans' minds and hearts..that's the sole reason we did it...it was well worth the effort..thanks for all your kind comments and for taking your valuable time to view it!!!

Great song. Maybe she and Dog are related. They have the same last name. I can't see any other connection between this song and Dog's plight. Or is there? Pretty funny: Mandela endures 25 years of prison torture and hard labor for his ideals and Dog spends a day in Honolulu jail because he was a little greedy for a bounty. I love the comparison.

This is really stupid. Dog spent only one day in Honolulu jail because he did something dumb. He broke the law. All he had to do was go to the Jalisco Police and they would have been happy to help him. And he was only charged with a misdemeanor. Neither the judge nor the prosecutor in Puerto Vallarta really wanted to have him extradited. The charges were dropped. Why the legal process was dragged out after it was dropped in Mexico is a problem of the system of "justice" in the U.S. not Mexico.
