Notes: Audience shot from the lawn, pretty decent in that respect. A little shaky here and there and for the encores, but absolutely watchable. Thanks to Barney for the trade and as always to Don & Walt for all their hard work!

  • godard nut, let me teach you somethin': a) "lounge acts" have a right to exist! b) "lounge acts" help snobs like you feel cool and rock and young and on the edge (and this is a good thing, isn´t it?) c) "glorified" they may be, but to what extent? I personally think they deserve glory, but how much? More than The Ramones? Just slightly less than Kenny G? Help me with that one, nut

  • Don't you just love it when Don says "Yeah." and the audience immediately starts screaming? XD

    God, I love the Dan.

  • getting tired of cell phone video

  • A Lounge Act has something to say for itself, providing it's a VERY classy club, where one gets dressed to the nines (evening gloves are a must), a cigarette holder--get my drift. That's a Lounge Act. Champagne next to your table. The others, they have something going for them. I certainly don't knock them, but,um, make the right choice. Plus they're usually underground.

  • Thanks Carlos,

Love this rare footage of Georg Wadenius on lead gutiar. It's a shame that Poplar Creek isn't there anymore. We know have the Sears Theatre tin can atrocity where pop Country singers and tween bands preform. Hopefully Charter One Pavilion at Chicago's lakefront won't be destroyed it Chicago gets the 2016 olympics.

  • yeah it is great quality good stuff

  • A glorified lounge act...

  • for being shot on a camera, this is amazing quality. And I love Steely Dan, Donald and Walter are an amazing duo
