  • Oh hai! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • I've been doing a workout that - for the majority - consists of Leslie's Walk Away The Pounds exercises. It's been 30 days and my bodyfat dropped 3%! She is one of the most likeable and brilliant minds in fitness. I found this mini-walk on her website, but I'm glad it's on youtube, so I can download it, and play it on my MP3 player anytime in the day when I need a little boost.

  • @tealson123 this workout she just did is to give you a boost of energy, increase circulation from sitting down for a long period of time, for if you cant do a longer workout at the moment, besides I know people who workout short intervals but do them through out the day and there in great shape. You don't have to workout for an hour to see results either, exercise Is not just meant for loose weight alone, it has so many other benefits to the body that people forget about or don't know about.
