@0111001101100001 uptown Manhattan (Harlem/Washington Heights) and parts of the lower east Manhattan aren't posh. It's just everything you see on TV or movies is the flashy pretty Manhattan but the reality can be really different.

@Gryphus89 Ahh ok thanks. I like at least the way NY conserves space. Housing projects in Australia are just scattered cheap houses that get destroyed by the apathetic inhabitants. At least these brick buildings are somewhat durable and you can pack a lot of people into them. There must be 1000's of people living in each of those buildings.

@0111001101100001 np, well it has pro's and con's, there are places like Brownsville Brooklyn with the highest concentration of public housing. which are pretty much out of control because how can you control thousends of people with some cops? they put cameras and project patrolls and doing stop and frisk, but it's still not enough. violence is on the uprise in those areas.
