Quick little video showing my new Vibram Five Fingers KSO and Injinji toe socks.

After my little jog, my legs were actually sore, in an interesting way.

Update on size: wearing them without socks they're about a size too big, with socks they fit perfect, but I *could* fit snug in 1 size lower. No problems though!

  • @andrewfitz in what way, how is the shock being absorbed?

  • Too big kid.

  • It looks like you got them a few sizes too big.

  • why is your pants on the floor? did u take them off ? =P

  • They look a little too big buddy lol

  • @andrewfitz They're great for running ONLY if proper form is used. This would be a forefoot landing, short-stride, 180 cadence type running style. People who buy these and just start running are going to get injured! Please do the research on barefoot running form first, before running in minimalist type shoes.

  • @Thecannonkids It is pronounced "Veebram", check out their website. The name is a hash of the creator, Vitale Bramani, hence Vibram (VItale BRAMani). His name is pronounced "Veetallee" not "Vytallee", therefore it is pronounced "Veebram". It has nothing to do with vibrations, which is probably what most people think.

  • @Thecannonkids Well, the CORRECT pronunciation is Veeeebram!

  • @Thecannonkids We say it Vibram (an Italian word pronounced veebrum) because that's the way it is pronounced!

  • if you want to know whats good for running and jumping and all the other awesome stuff then get powerisers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
