Because they knew Jessie was in the closet in john's bedroom They knew what he was doing and they protected him and the lied when the police came to the door. Jessie was alive, in the closet, when police came to the door and asked if they had seen john. They said he had not been there. If the police had entered the trailer they would have found her alive. Those people also should fry! They could have saved her!

This is horrifying. I'm not normally in favour of the death penalty but in this case the man really deserved to die for what he did. The poor little girl suffered too much.

@mahler71 aw i know, i completely agree with you she was so pretty i dont think anybody ever deserves a crime like this, and it happens all the time. i can't believe the heartless men and sometimes even women who do things like this :/
