  • I was wondering do you put the oil directly on the keratosis? And do you just buy like a little bottle that says "Flax seed oil" or something? I want to try it, my stupid doctor mistaken it as asweat rash... so annoying.

  • Yes, use it as a moisturiser and as a condiment on food. Flax oil can be purchased in 250 or 500ml bottles. This is by far the best value.

Google "gary moller + waihi bush flax oil" for more details about flax oil prodicts.

  • how long does it take to really start working i've been trying the flax oil for three days and see no major improvement. please help.

  • You should persist for at least 3 months before seeing anything significant. These things require patience. Best health!

  • @gazzamoller Just to make sure, I can eat this orally and put it on my skin?

  • Apple Cider Vinegar is simply amazing. ACV the kind you can buy from any grocery store applied directly or mixed with Eggplant and Olive oil directly on the AK completely destroyed the AK within 2 weeks.

  • @07080lmn Hya, its such a relief to have found this. i have been a kp sufferer for so many yrs nw. i was told to keep waxing my legs and use a body scrub but after 11 years i still have them. They'r on the back of my arms and all over my legs. i remember going to my doctor and he jus laughed at me... Im constantly paranoid about this and really hope this will work. thank u soo much to everyone for putting ur remdies on site :)

  • Good Up-date report, you're looking good! Found 'Trader-Joes' in So.Calif. (-and elsewhere) carries a dk.brown 16oz. Bottle of usda-organic cold-pressed unrefined Flax-Oil in their small nutritional-supplement section ($7). -is fortified with organic-Rosemary and natural Vit.-E to maintain freshness (-forestall rancidity). Directions says use with Yogurt, Oatmeal, salad-dressings (-has a mild nutty flavor), etc.; -mix it into orange-juice! Yes, wipe some upon forehead, then under your eyes..!

  • @07080lmn In the intial days of using this black cumin seds+virgin coconut oil, u will observe kp reducing very much(like almost 40-50%). At this stage u wud feel ur skin soft, but the brown spots would be visible. But after 25 days, u ll find that the the rate decreases and this goes as a slow process like 3-4 months to get rid of it completely.

  • @tunganey i am from India. I could get it here easily. I am not aware if its available in portugal.. But this has really worked on me.. within 10-15 days i hav seen a drastic change(almost 50% reduction). I have done this only for one month and then neglected coz i have become too busy vth work. I thought since i m not doing it regularly, my kp would come back to earlier stage. But it dint happen. I would start doing it again now. I m sure, if one can try this remedy regularly, kp will vanish !

  • @07080lmn Please give me more information about this remedie because i need to care my skin.

I live in Portugal.Where you buy Kala jeera?

  • your lucky mate, ive got it real bad on my arms and its horrible because i squeezed them
