YOG Official Logo Launch & CAN Play!, Run! and Party!

YOG celebrates its official logo launch on 10 Jan with a day long festival of activities and infectious music.

Some 3,000 people thronged the event and tried out youth olympic sports such as wrestling, 3-on-3 basketball, fencing and equestrian (horseriding). Registered runners took part in the 2010m run around Orchard, and various musicians and dancers took to the stage to perform and entertain the crowd.

CAN! is an acronym for Create Action Now!, to encourage youth to put their ideas into action.
