@saad1505: The audio works fine, maybe check your speakers? Have you tried other videos to see if that's the problem?

I agree with much of what she says; although her premise is to maintain the acid/ alkaline balance, which she says can only be maintained via a raw foods diet, abstaining from meat. She further highlights the malpractice in the food industry to support her views.
The only problem is this; Allah has permitted us to eat meat, and Allah knows what is best for his creation. Secondly the acid/alkaline balance can be maintained via the 'paleolithic diet' which advocates avoiding naturally toxic foods

@PayChkSlaveRebellion: Very good point. What foods do you eat and which do you avoid in the paleolithic diet?

In regards to the malpractice of the food industry, she has a point, the food we consume today is impure, period. But one way to avoid them poisoning us, with the addatives, chemicals, hormones etc is to source your own locally grown food.
Learn to grow your own food, and purchase your meats from ethical farms, who dont force feed animals, etc. In Europe, cows are allowed to graze on fresh green grass and eat nothing much more, and thats why we dont have an obesity epidemic.
