Elvis Presley - "Young and Beautiful" (cover) *KARAOKE*

First of all, no, I don't think I'm a singer all of a sudden. Don't let the karaoke videos have you thinking otherwise. Like I mentioned before, I'm heading to Graceland next weekend, thus, paying my respect to Elvis and the great songs he sang written by great songwriters.

This one I especially enjoy. It was written by Abner Silver and Aaron Schroeder and sung by Elvis in the movie, "Jailhouse Rock."

This song makes you truly appreciate the vocal range Elvis had as a singer. Something, well, that I lack. Anyway, I did what I could, hope some of you might like it.

So thanks for the comment on there as well. You're very kind. I hope Elvis likes my covers of the music he sang. He sure is one of my favorites. I like him not only because of what he gave to us as an entertainer. But the main reason I like him so much is because of how generous he was to people.

@TheSpitmitt and it's not my goal to try to "impersonate" Elvis. you said you don't like Elvis impersonators. i really don't try to be like him to the extent that some might. i've just liked him since i was 8-years-old and love singing these songs. he's the man and i'm proud to be a fan of his.

Hey dude, you're good. Don't tell me you can't sing. Stay away from the Elvisisms and use your own natural voice. Loved the feeling you but into this song, even the bending of some notes worked. How was Graceland? Been there many, many times. Keep up the great work for Elvis! - JG @ CBSEye
