Classic 1965 film made by Chuck Renslow for Kris Studios. This poetic film is an extension of Renslow's male physique photograhy of the period. By today's standards this film is quite tame, however in 1965 films like remainded in a legal gray area, barly escaping obscenity laws. The film stars Steve Kotis as the Grecian shepherd lad, and Ralph Kleiner who is enchanted by the blue rose. Running time approx. 12 minutes; color w/ sound.
That was the strangest thing this side of Fantasic Planet I've seen in a while.

Beautiful rarity and ever beautifully arousing. Congrats on the imaginative, out of trend (thank god) soundtrack.

The original 16mm film did not contain sound. We added that to make it a little more interesting. The Blue Rose was the most popular Kris film made. 19 Films in total were made and only one contained sexual contact, the rest were softcore.
