I never liked the Elizabeth character. I thought she was in the way and shouldn't have been anywhere near a ring.

@CombatSportFan- Those "pops" lingered beyond Houston, Texas... they were still cheering him when he beat up Jim Ross and Michael Cole some weeks later. It was like the more Austin did, the more the fans kept cheering him. Cookie cutter and generic, yeah, thanks to McMahon thinking it's 1983 again. @ least then he had mid-carders then that got more buzz (and had more talent) than his main event guys now.
