@XecuttioneR Try looking at some benchrest shooting videos. Even when they think everything is exact the shots may vary slightly in accuracy. Now try making those benchrest shots with a fully automatic rifle; almost impossible.

@XecuttioneR same thing because the aerodynamics and weight of each projectile would be a little different from the last round and the amount of grain (gunpowder) and how it explodes in cartridge would vary slightly. So if you take away the heat the movement of the barrel you would still have some differences because of each individual round. but if all the bullets where the same and there was no movement and no other variables theoretically you could but the chances for that are extremely small

@XecuttioneR They might not because of the individual bullet aerodynamics and how much grain is in each cartridge and how the barrel may wear down or change shape due to extreme heat (expanding the size of the bore) causing it to loose accuracy or slightly change where each bullet impacts. So even if the machine gun didn't move at all the bullets would most likely not all impact the same spot.
