Use dried sea weed to de-gas beans. Healthier option than using a pharmacuetical product.

I watched a video on how to dehydrate 'cooked' dried beans for camping. It takes only a few minutes to rehydrate them , very little fuel to cook them and you can still grind them to make flour. I buy them from the grocery store in bags ( the shelf life is not all that long) cook up 4lbs. at a time , dehydrate and vacuum seal them,and they will last for many years.Now if I have to I can cook beans in my solar oven in a matter of minutes.
