Squeezebox Classic - Demo 1

This is an intro demo to the Squeezebox Classic. I may do a couple of extra demos, with more details on the radio-function itself and on playing music-files.
Even after comparing numerous reviews and specifications, I'm still very pleased and surprised about the quality of this player, the functionality and its user-friendlyness. I've been using it for about a month now.

And please don't count how often I said available (nor uhm err or similar) - thank you.

i bought a squeezebox model number is C-RH62 and PART NUMBER IS 830-000012 AND PID NUMBER IS LZ73632,BUT MODEL IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE

UNIT IT SELF OR ON THE BOX I DONT KNOW IS IT SQBOX 1,SQBOX2,SQBOX LITE OR CLASSIC OR V3???

CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHICH ONE IS THIS ACTUALLY

Hi, I also have C-RH62 and the same partnumber. But anyways, if your Squeezebox looks exactly like the model in my video here, and if you have the Logitech logo in the front, below the display, like mine, then you have the Squeezebox Classic version 3. I agree that this is not clearly indicated (I was a bit confused as well after I just bought it). Hope this helps.

to state it more clearly, Logitech only produced one version of this model of the Squeezebox. Before that, the Squeezebox was only owned by Slimdevices, the original company. So if you have the Logitech version, then you have the newest version of this model. Quite confusing indeed..

Cann you browse the music library on a Linux (ubuntu) box?

The Squeezebox works both under Windows and Linux. It should also work with Ubuntu, as far as In know. Cheers.
