my ipod turns off after pressing the power button .. it turns on nd then i get a white screen and then it goes away ... would it be my screen .. that is mest up . or battery .?

@MrModel909 What happens when it's connected to a computer and syncing/charging, do you see anything? Is it able to sync?

@DetroitBORG yea it syncs ..to itunes. but the screen is still off . and when unplugged i can see the screen go white then back to off .

@MrModel909 Either you have a bad display or a bad battery, it's more likely that the battery has simply died.

i don't think you got an original usb connector, the does look like the knew one but the plastic piece that plugs to the usb is curved, the new ones look more like a square

@789xray The original USB connector had a different design with a curvaceous USB connector housing.
