I thank you a lot for the help... tomorrow I'll make and upload a video of it. Winding the main spring was a pain, and I never want to do it again.

Now... if I had my camcorder back I can make a video of the fixed typewriter, and upload the video of my 1950 Crosley station wagon on the SD card.

Yeah those photos where what I needed, and yes that spring was missing so now I know where it goes... I wouldn't needed to do this if my cousin's didn't break everything they touch.

@jmorton528 The way the cable wraps around the main spring pully, and the way it comes up from the pully onto the carriage. Thanks, also I might be getting a old Underwood typewriter. Working condition only $50!
