Having fun with webcam capture and simple image analysis. It's slow but it works :)

The program scans all the pixels of the captured image and tries to locate a bright part (here, a bright part is considered like a 8x8 box of pixels, cointaining at least 32 pixels that have their RGB average above 192). This box is then marked (you can see the crossed circle) and the horizontal coordinates are reversed so the eyes seem to look at the bright object.
