A bad shopping experience at Ingles grocery 10-27-2010

I have been shopping at Ingles grocery store and there have been several times I was attacked with a chemical spray. Each time this happens, I see employees participating with despicable body language.

Anytime an employee acts out during the course of their employment, the company they work for is responsible for their actions. I have observed employees of Ingles Markets acting inappropriately by being rude, having ill expressions, unfriendly, following me around the store. I have also noticed employees directly behind me when I am assaulted with the chemical spray in question.

The employees have knowledge of what is happening and condone the unwelcome behaviors. I have seen the employees looking in my eyes to see if I am affected by their intentional act of trying to make me sick with the transdermal application of drugs. I was in one of the Ingles stores on October 27, 2010 and the employees tried to use the "Power of Suggestion" on me after I was under the influence of the drugs sprayed on my neck. At the time, the female bagger was expressing a hateful demeanor, my eyes were burning and stinging from the chemical exposure sustained in the store operated by Ingles Markets.

These behaviors are unacceptable and I am making a video log each time this happens to expose the problem to the public. I live in North Carolina and NCGS 14-277.3 clearly states: "It is unlawful If someone willfully harasses someone without legal purpose on more than one occasion, putting the victim in fear or further intimidation resulting in emotional distress"

i just wonder why 2 days after you were assualted (on 10-25) you would go BACK into a business you claim attacked you with a chemical spray.

its not enough to make a video/video's like this-you've got to have proof,or someone reliable,with you who can get it all on camera.....an eyewitness-someone else's statements-anything,or its gonna just backfire,and people will think you have mental problems......

Thanks for the heads up, I shop at ingles also but I may start going to foodlion. Where has this been happening at? I go to the one at haywood road and hope its not that one.
