Pokemon Fire Red: speed run in 3h57

I've done a speed run on pokemon fire red on game boy advance.
my time: 3:57
I don't have used any cheats or any bugs.
I think, with this strategy, I've lost approximatively 10 minuts in all the speed run.
I don't have recorded it but I've recorded the end to show you the team I used for this speed run and the time I've done. In this speed run I've used 7 pokemons: (I know only the french names of these pokemons, sorry)

I've done 2:47 now and the world record is not 2:49 but approximatively 2 hours (don't know exactly how much).
