11-30-09 20 weeks out from my Natural Pro Qualifer, today called for High intensity Cardio. I either do 15 one min intervals on treadmill or eliptical or this. I am doing VO2 Max training out of the Kenneth Jay Viking Conidtioning Program. It calls for a 15 second on 15 second protocol. There is a formula you have to perfrom fo get your rep number. but to be safe try and hit 7, if you can hit more than 8 do a heavier KB. I usually do 40 min which is 80 sets which is 560 snatches total. Today i only did 30 min which is 420 snatches with a 35lbs Kb. Some days I use a 45 or even the 53. It is brutal. Until you can do 7 reps with a 35 for 40 min, there is no need to move up. Check out my work out log @ Conquestkettlebell.com
