The feminists are afraid of the Muslims because if they spoke up against them the Muslim extremists would kill them.

I like your accent. Nice speaking voice. You could be a news commentator. And I like your message as well. Keep up the good work.

actually, phyllis chesler is one feminist who has been speaking out against islam for decades. but, it is true, most feminists have thrown women under the islamic politically correct bus.

feminism cannot deal with islam. it is the right wing that is now protecting women and gays from islam. the left is fascist. actually, the EVIL left/islamofascist alliance is in almost every country where muslims are over 5% of the population.

So just to say, there is plenty of activity and mobilisation on the part of feminists both Muslim AND non-Muslim against the misogyny and barbarism within Islamist culture and regimes. Hope this clarifies things for you. Best wishes.

I know PLENTY of Muslim and non-Muslim women who ARE speaking out against the things you describe. I understand your anger since you think Islamist misogyny isn't being challenged but I can assure you that you are wrong. Here are the names of all the women and feminist organisations that have spoken out and mobilised against the misogyny of Sharia:
Susan Moller Okin, Fatima Houda-Pepin, Homa Arjomand, Elka Enola, "Women Living Under Muslim Laws", Canadian Council of Muslim Women....

Yes as a feminist this pisses me off and I have dedicated my life to speaking out against misogyny but Islamist misogyny more specifically. I am an ex-Muslim turned Agnostic and I challenge the very things you and I abhor on a daily basis both in person, in writing, through my blog, through Facebook. You name it, I've tried it.

Where are all the comments from feminists? At least there is one way to get them to STFU. Just point out their own hypocracy.

I don't get many comments from feminists anymore.

ArgusEyes: you seem to be ignoring 1 point about this sad story that stands out to your viewers- If not for the western presence in Iraq neither of these murders would have happened.
LimpLoser 3 years ago
LimpLoser, thanks for a critique:
I find your comment to be directly analogous to the kinds of comments where people say a woman who was raped "deserved it" because she was wearing a short skirt.
The idea that something acts as a catalyst to the disgusting behaviour being committed by another individual and be blamed, not upon the person who perpetrated the evil, but upon the first person. Is a point that is lacking in moral clarity.

The bigotry of this man is not caused by the west, it was in him in the first place. Also, don't accuse me of "ignoring it". I didn't even think of that point because it is silly. The legitimacy of "going in" is not what this video is about.
