With host Champ Bailey, the Denver Broncos held the 12th Annual Broncos holiday party for the the 200 men, women and children at The Crossing, Denver Rescue Mission's transitional living facility. Five Denver Broncos attended and bestowed holiday presents, enjoyed food by Epicurean Catering, decorated gingerbread cookies and spread holiday cheer.
The Denver Broncos organization and the Denver Rescue Mission have had a long standing relationship and believe that all families deserve to have a merry Christmas. Holidays can be a very hard time of the year for individuals and families living in transition, who are working towards permanent housing. The Denver Broncos helped make this holiday special and memorable for families who live at The Crossing and have struggled this year. Denver Rescue Mission's hope is that each family in attendance will move past this transition stage and become self-sufficient, productive citizens.
