Ohhh, how we miss him! Barbaro, you were too lovely, too good & wonderful to stay with us for very long, and truthfully, we weren't worthy! How fortunate we were for the brief time we had to know, love, & enjoy you. You will always live on in our hearts & memories. Truly, grief IS the price we paid for loving you. When he open the gate he was trying to tell us that he was hurting i knew something was wrong Barbaro when u open your gate you were saying "I cant race it my leg it hurts!" but they just put u back in the gate :( I wish u were here barbaro

Do you think they'll ever make a movie about Barbaro? Not a documentation movie. An actual movie, like Secretariat. Wouldn't be a bad idea.

in all these races you can notice his gate was twice as fast as the other horses and it was effortless, he was just an incredible strong horse, I have absolutely no doubt if it hadn't been for the injury he would have won the triple crown.
