haha.... I tryied doing that palm with palm movement but my chest was on the way how do i build up to that movement?? I am a crossfiter so I am always really tight

I got a very weird pain in the front of my shoulders (right on top of my chest) after I did the first exercise involving the fist together then bending down... it felt good but the pain seems kind of wrong, maybe I did something wrong? =/

I surf constantly which is a lot of forward paddling. This has caused my shoulders to grow forward a lot over the years. I get a lot of cracking throughout my collar bone when I roll my shoulders backwards and a lot of tightness throughout the front of my neck and chest. At :50 I cant even get to where gravity would pull down on my hands. How much should I push it with the stretches? Are you supposed to push it beyond whats comfortable to get results or am I risking injury. Thanks!

Awesome, also when you cross the arms in front of your face, according to what you say, the wrong sholders stretch for me haha Does that mean I'm doing it wrong, or that's just where I'm stiff???

I don't understand why we have to twist the leg when doing the eagle thing - it does nothing for me.

It's supposed to open your hips, but I prefer another variation I will be including in the 2010 yoga challenge.. stay tuned :)
