This was done on November 8 2008,at the Corontion Hall in Omemee, the Youngtown Museum put on a mini concert to Celabrate Neil Youngs Music, I got the chance to perform this night, and,had a small interview,in the begining, it was a thrill. It was the best thing that happened to me all year, the highlight of the year for me.The stage was perfect, the sound was perfect, the people performing were great. The whole feeling at the Coronation Hall was great, did i mention it was GREAT !!The whole night was video taped and everyone performing got a copy of it,Steve Hosier put it together and made this DVD,I am puting up the begining and a song from that night.there was over 150 people there,i got to meet and shake the hand of Jeff Healeys father, also in the room was Neils brother Bob,i never approached him, although i wanted to ..But the audience was incredable as you will hear.. The first song i played that night was,HITCHHICKER witch never made the cut, but was my best song that night,Then OHIO,Then HARVEST MOON,and then the audience asked for SUGAR MOUNTAIN,so i did it..it was amazing.hope you like it.

  • Hi Larry,

I Have been playing guitar for many years and was a teenager when harvest was released. I always found individuals trying to sing like Neil lame. However ,,you don't sound exactly like Neil but you caught my ear . I hear a great natural resemblance with a sincere approach. I think your admiration and dedication toward his music is great. I also think it would be nice if Neil Young would at least call you to thank you for your extended admiration for his music.

  • listenhose, i want to thank you for looking in ,and for your comment.

Sincere,Admiration, and Dedication says it all,Mr Young dosnt have to call, but back stage passes and lunch would be nice ,lol..

    Thanks again.

  • Awesome job Larry! (Needed a drummer tho...*grin*) Nice work on the video editing too. Can't wait to see more of these with the new HD cam.
