This company is an utter TOTAL waste of space and time. How they continue to exist I will never know. You can NOT buy their products from their website. They do NOT respond to emails and have absolutely NO customer service. I have been trying to buy an item for over a year. It has no gone up by 30 dollars (shipping costs??), while I have been trying. Have sent emails galore with ONE response and nothing further.

WRONG way to market this. Everyone who sells on ebay needs this, just a simple black/white text/barcode printer for shipping labels. No need to market it for teenagers with color first.
