Can these be used as a light bar to be installed under a motorcycle headlight? Are they waterproof? I am planning a custom mod for my bike that will give me more visibility using amber LEDs. Thanks!

Sorry it is not waterproof. Usually people install them behind the windscreen using the suction cups.
