  • My favorite part was the pushing of the weight.

  • You cannot throw at 88. At that exact speed the ball goes back in time and disappears from your world.

  • my favourite part was the silence of the sound.

  • @eatnosenuggets

my favorite part was the sitting of the sled

  • @themichaelnuckles that's the idea... pitching velocity doesn't come from the arms or shoulders. It is dependent on how much energy you can transfer from the ground up to the ball at release. You do that with core torque force.

  • lol chicken legs....

  • @themichaelnuckles and your core too. the arm can only do so much for your throw...

  • Yeah you don't have to long toss, work out, practice mechanics or increase arm speed. All you have to do is push this dumb ass sled across the floor a few times and you automatically throw 88. It's like magic.

  • Um that seems to only work his lower back, and legs... he isn't even moving his arms.

  • i am a newborn. i throw over 5000 mph and my curveball breaks 15 feet.

  • CAN I DO IT AT 10
