DAY 2 - Master Cleanse #1, video journal June 9, 2009
I am okay, feel good, when bored I obsess on food, when I feel the slightest twinge of what might be hunger or a tendency to stop the cleanse I take swig of the lemonade and the crazy thoughts go away. Today for the SWF I added a few DROPS of lemon juice and was able to get it all down. Also reported that yesterday on Day 1 I went to a Bikram Yoga class and felt great (just need to drink extra water because the class makes you sweat like crazy). I wonder if thats why I feel as good as I do? Here is the info on the book I mention in the video.

Good job! I'm one day ahead of you and today the start of the day was hard but it get's better. the start of the third day i would say to not look at food and really get your mind focused, that's how i got through it and now it's 10:30pm and I finished the 3rd day and I'm going to bed and waking up to the 4th! It's good to feel good about what you can do if u put ur' mind to it. keep it up!
