Awesome job man! I totally agree you have to do a lot of cardio first before you do P90X to drop the pounds then get ripped with P90X. I finished the 90 day program but I added 30 to 40 min high intensity cardio with it but now I'm doing the Biggest Looser DVD'S along with about an hour of cardio and it's going great then I will do another round of P90X. I have lost 82 pounds so far still have about 50 more pounds to go! Great job!

What is your diet like while you run and swim to keep losing weight?

about 1300 calories a day of balanced healthy food. I actually feel great though. On the weekends I will eat a little bit more but not much.
