Why isn't the ACLU defending this guy from the brownshirt type thugs who are trying to impinge on his rights to freedom of speech and freedom of peaceful assembly? He was peaceful, their assembly was anything but.
As well, the Mexican nationalists in this video are clearly espousing war/revolution against this country. Why aren't they being rounded up by ICE and other relevant departments of our government? Put them in Gitmo!

God Bless this true Patriot! It's a massive shame that law enforcement didn't have a stronger presence when the consistent bad behavior by these groups of "La Raza" types is considered.
I think the minimum preparations would have been several paddy wagons, with riot police ready to round them up. It's high time the state of CA and the rest of the nation stopped alowing itself to be held hostage by these vocal and violent revolutionaries. And make no mistake, these are revolutionaries.
