  • That Delahaye won at the Newport Beach Concours last weekend. Nice job I like the music. Check out my videos at CarShow, see Pebble Beach and many more. I gave it a 4 star rating I think a little VO would help your video. Good luck

  • Thanks for your comment. V/o would have helped, but it was a quickie. The Beachin' 101 Cruise show is a bit more elaborate. I'll check out your videos.

  • What is the mean machine at 1.33 , the one with twin sidemounts? Late 30s Cadillac?

  • Carbon fiber doesn't dent.

  • They are both important. Steel, aluminum, wood-these materials were used by the greats in order to give the cars stability & as a real test of the power of their engines, etc. Rolls & bentley still use these materials today(2 of the few)-for a reason.

Also, as I explained earler, w/ steel or aluminum, you get a 'ding', it can be pounded out in 5-10 minutes. Do that on a carbon fiber 'car', and, the ENTIRE BODY PANEL has to be replaced.

    "Not important", indeed.

  • The build materials are not important... The shape of the body and passion in making the car is what matters. However, we will never see machines like these again due to the lack of and limitations of coachbuilders.

  • Back when cars could hold a road, weren't made out of carbon fiber, & could go through a cinder block wall & still get you home in time for dinner!!:)

  • Works of Art that speak volumes of a lost era.

  • The supercharged one with the hide-away headlights? You're dern tootin.

  • As bitchen as they were, and still are,Duesenbergs didn't quite measure up to what Delahaye represented.Delahayes were/are equivalent to Bugattis and Hispano-Suizas.

  • i swear... the Cord is the most beautiful car ever.

  • I like your video clip and have rated it as awesome. Please check out mine on some 1930's motor car tobacco cards.
