how do you get new outfits do you get your xobx 360 and connecte with the computer and you download them and drag them into the xobx 360 thing or do you need xbox live to do it

try tomb raider hub. They tell you how to work the things to make outfits. They dont actually tell you how to make outfits, just how to work the outfit capturing program.
