This was the weather today. Track from Ipod playing when i was shooting - thought - would make a rather ironic twist to this tale.

Nah, Chicago summers suck too! All my friends did this year from back home was call me and complain about the humidity. I moved out to AZ in the AZ, NV, CA tri-state area...don't know what took me so long to leave but I ain't goin' back until I'm in a box!

I'm from the NY area and I know all about snow storms. But Chicago takes it to another level. Chicago winters are CRAZY, not only does it get into negative degrees but the wind is always blowing hard as hell.

I don't miss THAT weather. San Diego is the way to go. Lived in Chicago decades ago, will never go back to the cold, maybe the summer.

you've GOT to be KIDDING me!!! You must not be from Chicago but a newbie to my city. This is NOT even CLOSE to a blizzard. You need a dictionary and a history lesson. IN THE 70s there was a REAL blizzard in Chicago and I lived on the 2nd floor. I could open my window of my 2nd floor apartment and play with the snow. That's how high it was. THATS A BLIZZARD!!!

well - let's just say it was a rough day for that winter. The winter of 2007, it was a fun nasty day. and come on - it looks more like a blizzard than anything else.
