Scott, why are you associated with "Quick Cash" and "Cash for Life?" I was saddened to see you on one of those cheesey, post midnight infomercials, hawking a scheme to buy cheap real estate with promises of "quick cash." You are an educated, successful landlord, entrepreneur and tv personality. You know that in ANY market, real estate investment and management requires skills the vast majority of folks who will respond to your ad, do not have. They are desparate. Sadly, you are exploiting them.

I am actually speachless, he is just so incredibly gorgeous! And i agree with the poster that said that HGTV does not shows enough of him, his popularity, expertise and good looks are being wasted, what's up with that HGTV? I am a girl and i don't know the first thing about tools but i could watch his show for hours, just keep him on every scene. x D!
