please help me! im trying to meditate but every time i try i get so many thought i just can't seem to ignore them and idk how to observe my breathing but not do it please help me! im also trying to learn to control the second chakra the one with energy and ability to give out strength please help! thanks

Its almost 2 in the morning here and I'm trying to meditate and I think it is working. But I can't tell if it is working, or if I'm just tired and slowly falling asleep xD

please answer this!! after i did this i felt really sick and felt really bad like i shuldnt hav done this and after that i looked up the dangers of meditation and it said u can get easily controlled by spirit demonds..and im not trying to scare enyone or make enyone mad it just really scared me really bad after i did this and i kno this isnt normal ..mabey i got possesed. i wasnt feeling lile myself after

i observe my breathing.... tehn i start thinking about oxygen and molecules and it just friggin goes from there haha
i also find it weird how when you come back from it takes like a while to think again or even having bad thoughts or even process the voices around you which i find really weird but really good to relieve stress or any bad thoughts u have after and you kind of feel good and calm and relaxed after all of it and you feel like your happy but you dont know why which is really strange but cool all at the same time:o)

after you finish from your meditation, it is advisable to take few minutes to assimilate the energies, the insights etc...you may want to take the time to write your experience or ideas or lessons or visions etc...you will need them later. blessings, pranagold

omg this actually worked lol i stopped breathing for like literally 20 minutes it was weird i had not thought wat so ever its so cool! i was relaxed and everything it was awesome!

you may want to practice more regularly, you will be amazed by the results...deeper relaxation, more energy, insights, love, prosperity and much more...blessings, pranagold

Let them come and go...don't focus on your thoughts. As you practice, the intensity will diminish...hope it helps. Blessings, pranagold
