Thomas Jefferson Safety Dance Party for Liberty in Arizona!

In support of Adam Kokesh and crew who were assaulted by security for "dancing at the memorial" last week ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kFQEbLyPSQ) a local group here in Phoenix, AZ met up at the State Capital to dance at the memorial(s) and hang out.

Yes, it was peaceful and we all loved it. My friend, JimHolland8, (search him on FB and Google) went into the middle of the 'demonstration' on the capitol lawn and said that he got a ton of dirty looks from the people there. He said that was about hispanics who were against SB1070 here in AZ. just one thing, SB1070 almost exactly mirrors FEDERAL law. The only reason that AZ state passed it was because our previous governor & current president do nothing about the border problem here!

What a great sight it is to see all those young people and young families peacefully assembling to support our freedom and to make a point about it using dance. This type of street theatre might become a standard part of the R3VOLUTION this time around. Folk songs and music were the vehicle for demonstrating against an overreaching government more than four decades ago, and it looks like here in 2011 that dance has been added to the music.

Fantastic activism! And look at the difference this peaceful activism made in just one week - NO arrests at the Jefferson Memorial this weekend! All Americans need to remember that the government will only do what you let it get away with! When enough people stand up and say enough is enough things can change really quickly!
