@Nomoreidsleft looked to me like the pistol cycled and for some reason the slide didn't lock back. Possibly because her limp-wristed grip didn't provide enough resistance for the slide to recoil far enough back to lock it to the rear.

@Nomoreidsleft Hahahaha you replied to like 4 people's comments saying it's fake. Look dude, when you fire a pistol, the slide goes back real fast and ejects the round and re-cocks the hammer for the next shot. This happens way to fast for the eyes to see. What you can see if you pause it a few times at 0:27, is the the slide is cocked back about to eject the round that was just fired, and at the end of the sequence is back in the loaded position where it is supposed to be.

FAKE, FAKE, FAKE! I analyzed it frame-by-frame, and there's no muzzle flash, no trigger pull, and the gun remains cocked throughout the whole sequence. She's just pulling the gun back, and it doesn't come near her face. She's pulling it back to the left side past her face.
