Well it was never really designed to shoot humans. That is why criminals avoid it. That is like saying the f150 is not a usable truck because it is too big to fit in city parking. Because it wasn't designed to be used in the city. just like how this wasn't designed against personel but for stopping a car by going through the engine block . And wouldn't of the gun help its recoil? heavier gun means more power needed to push it up or in other words 'recoil'
