@Georgejmh, Bell was simply trying to get away from what he thought was a threatening gunman; remember the cop was in civilian clothes. Also, the car merely clipped the cop, he did not "run over" him as u claim. Also, the cop claimed he fired his gun b.c he thought the passenger had a gun. The cop aimed at the passenger, not Bell.
