  • @marcroops Exercises and workouts that targets fast twitch muscles is where you should focus your conditioning and strength training if this is your goal. If you are running a marathon then long runs should be your goal – BTW have you seen long distance runners bodies? - Funk

  • @UndergroundWeaponry Hey Underground, You will not lose muscle mass doing sprint intervals. Have you seen the bodies on Sprinters? It also depends on your goals as well? If you are fighting or training in any mixed martial arts, then anaerobic workouts as opposed to aerobic workouts should be the focus. The short, high intensity bouts of intervals/exercises, mimics what happens in MMA.
