This mare is for sale.

Natasha Anderson, of Anderson Foxtrotters, rides a 2 year old filly. This filly had only been sat on once before, by Tasha's dad, only 20 minutes ago. Then Tash gets on, for the video. This is to show the kind of horses produced by Anderson Foxtrotters....... They have over 100 horses, none of them recieve alot of personal handling, this is just how they come, genetically.

  • @kortneeannie Lol and cause Cowboys have been it s ok? That s stupid. Sorry.

  • for years!!

  • @TheWolke205 Cowboys have been breaking colts at 2 years.

  • @BessKeptSecert Knowing what you're doing has nothing to do with how developed a horse is. You can "know what you're doing" and still cripple a horse just because it's not fully developed and not ready to carry 100+ pounds. Why is it so bad for a 2 year old to have another year of ground work training and a year more of getting used to having a saddle on it's back?

  • 2 years is definitely too young to ride a horse! No matter how much you weigh! Would you send your 5 year old kid to work? No you wouldn't. No one should ride a horse before it s at leat 3 years old. My arabian was ridden the first time with 5 years.

  • i usually start gettin my horses used to me bein on their backs at 18 months old. im not a 250 lb man and i only sit up there. it dont hurt them if u ride them for less than 30 minutes. my mom broke her horses when she was around my age and did the same thing. her horses were great. now im doin the same thing and haven't had a problem yet. except when my neighbor rode my 2 yr old for like 2 hours with a saddle and every thing and popped his splints. thats what i call too much

  • i ride me 2 yr old shes 14.2 and i weight 115, i do light work on her once or twice a week and she's fine and enjoys it

  • 2 isn't to young to ride if u know what your doing

  • I know thaaaat! What I mean is; I don't think this light teenager is hurting them. It's not like those poor Thoroughbred race or those baby TWH ridden by grown-up men. It's just a light teen on the back of healthy "babies". She's not doing much, I don't think she is hurting them. Now I aggree 2 YO is too young for a horse to be put to work.

  • True! BUT Look at that teen....no saddle, just her weight (not much there what barely 100 lbs)........and the horse looks great strong enought. And they just walk a little.....Nothing like those tiny 2 YO TWH ridden by those huge men.....
