Merida is a skilled archer and impetuous daughter of King Fergus and Queen Elinor. Determined to carve her own path in life, Merida defies an age-old custom sacred to the uproarious lords of the land: massive Lord MacGuffin, surly Lord Macintosh and cantankerous Lord Dingwall. Merida's actions inadvertently unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom, and when she turns to an eccentric old Witch for help, she is granted an ill-fated wish. Okay so you're saying the Scots sailed in long-boats then not the Vikings. Skyrim is Norway in the Viking age because they put their longboats on top of their homes for a roof and that style of roof is on top of Jorovaskrr and in their days they believed that Draugrs ( yes Draugrs existed in their mythology) were evil undead creatures that made even the mightiest of heroes go mad. Their purpose was to guard the tomb but precautions were taken to ensure that the dead don't walk around. :)
