There is a difference between the FASTEST guitar players and the BEST guitar players. I can't discredit MAB's skill at what he does. And when MAB isn't going 180 bpm's then he can come up with some good sounding stuff. But a good guitar player can write a melody that inflicts emotion onto YOU the audience and stays with you and moves you. I have yet to experience that with Loomis or MAB. But that is just me.
