  • This was the best movie I ever watched in school love it although a lot of abuse but they got their freedom

  • I love this movie.. not for the white people in it....no offence.. but for the native people of africa..who showed determination, courage, lust for life, faith in their culture, nationality and great love for their land..

  • Southland Concerto" or "Concerto for the Southland" by Johnny Clegg.

  • that commander at 4:19 looks like a thinner Eugene Terre Blanche

  • whats the song called?

  • @Saintfrank1968 You are right to a point.. but what you must realize is that, this is not about points or rights with them.. that's just icing on the cake. They're all in it for the money... there is a border far more worse than racism that separates us a species, and that's class (wealth). "They" make these types of movies to make themselves feel better because they can.. they put people in it that they can connect with because they can. But we know the truth.. soon, we will bring it to them =)

  • I used to love this movie for its soundtrack and storyline. But now I am older and wiser. This movie is a slap in the face of all black people around the world. Like the Last Samauri, Karate kid, Dances with Wolves etc.., A white man goes into another culture and become the savior or legend of that culture. The underlining racist theme is glaring. Don't let hollywood convince you that African, Japanese, or Indian cultures aren't interesting without white heros. Tell us about their real heros.

  • the first time i watched this part i cry so much..

  • @MrDecimator1 yes, and read the book

  • @Microglia1 Have you even watched the movie?
