I agree, 5.7 on IMDB and tons of bad reviews, I seriously don't get it, it's really well directed with smart script and nice quotes in it. I think that people are used to Bruce being the tough guy and Pfeiffer being the drama queen.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about this movie. It's one of the greatest love story I ever watched. And the scene on the restaurant with the "shove it up the tops of your legs", they complain it's not funny - well it's not supposed to be funny. It's supposed to be pathetic. I cry buckets of tears watching this almost every time.
