Things to do when you have fever : planche video:) (taped my 3:d set)

Things to think about when doing a planche: 1. straight arms 2. hips at sholder hight 3. dont arch your lower back 4. stay straight
When anyone of thees cant be obtained stop the movment.
Sry for not pointing my toes, im recovering from a broken tibia so my right foot doesnt want to listen to me yet ;)

  • yes but only with my arms bent. im working on making it from planche straight arm press to hans stand and back to planche with straight arms again. the transition from planche to handstand (with straight arms) is wicked. its like doing a handstand with your arms 1meter infront of you. or maby i just have bad techninc :S

  • But man, I dont feel to have my arms, that bended, when practicing push ups towards the planche. I mean, do you have to get any wrist flexibility?Does It come with the time?

  • @jprbur actually if you read carefully, coach sommer says to hold each for 60 sec until you get to the straddle planche, which you hold for 15. Good luck!
