It is comforting having such a well established sport and breeding stallion as Alligator Fontaine at Flyinge. He has countless victories at international level. At 8-9 years of age he was his generations top performance stallion under rider Michel Robert. He was then competed by the World Champion Erik Navet, with victories and placings at the highest international level. In 1999 he was the French show jumping champion. Alligator Fontaine did well in Aachen where he placed at the top several times. He won the Speed Derby in Hickstead, Grand Prix in Dublin, Gijon and Jardy.

Alligator Fontaine competed as late as in 2005 where he won a national Grand Prix in France. He has the highest performance index (ISO) in France ever achieved.

His sire Noren was Horse of the Year in the USA in 1982. His dam Nighty Fontaine is sister to I Love You, who in turn was Horse of the Year in 1983.

His most famous offspring is his daughter Jalisca Solier with success at the highest international level. She has victories and top placings in international Grand Prix jumping and World Cup shows.

Approaching the new year of 2009 she is in the lead of the West-European jumping league. Jalisca Solier belongs to Alligator Fontaines second foal crop and there are many more talented offspring that are at the brink of an international career.
