@kenfla2 i am hoping that you just misspelled that on mistake and you don't normally just spell things however they may sound. I can't tell you how much it will cost to BUILD because I have no idea the materials or style you would like to use, 1400 sq. ft. is much to big for any home, and you should look into something smaller.
